Lorna completed a Masters in Social & Occupational Psychology in University College Dublin in 2006. She has also completed training in psychometric testing affiliated with The British Psychological Society. 

Her most recent position was working as part of a multi disciplinary team in The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (HSE) delivering services to young people with serious mental health issues. 

Previous to that she has worked designing and delivering interventions for young early school leavers to help them reach sustainable employment. She has also worked with young people in prisons helping them prepare for a crime free life and in a research capacity with a team of psychologists developing psychometric assessments for disadvantaged populations. Lorna is excited to be joining the team in Arduna.
